Following the latest UK Government announcement of a new, national lockdown, there have been some changes to the services that YHN provides on our behalf.
You can read all about these changes here, and can contact them by email (email@example.com) or phone (0191 278 8600) if you have any queries or concerns regarding this. The main thing to note is that, for the duration of the lockdown, only urgent and emergency repairs will be completed (i.e those that are a significant health and safety concern, or risk immediate damage to buildings) – if you currently have a non-emergency repair booked in, this will be rearranged when lockdown has come to an end.
