In January, we’re sending a survey to all of our tenants and those who have purchased a shared ownership property with us. This is so that we can better understand your views and consider any improvements we can make to help us provide an even better service to everyone.
We hope you’ll take the time to fill out the survey as your feedback is invaluable, but you are not obliged to do so. You will, however, be entered into a prize draw to be in with the chance of winning one of three vouchers – see more details below!

Why is this survey being run?
The survey is being run to help us understand how satisfied Leazes Homes customers are with us as a landlord and what they think about the services we provide to them. The findings will help us to assess how satisfied customers are with the service currently, and identify areas for improvement.
Do I have to take part?
The survey is voluntary, so no one is obliged to take part. However, taking the time to complete the survey will help Leazes Homes to better understand the views of residents and what improvement might be needed in the future.
As a thank you for taking part, we are offering a prize draw of Eldon Square shopping vouchers – (first prize of £75, second prize of £50 and third prize of £25). The prizes will be drawn and sent by BMG Research (more details on BMG are given below).
Why was I chosen to take part?
All Leazes Homes tenants and shared owners have been sent the survey.
What will you do with my responses?
Survey responses will remain confidential and secure. Responses will be collated by BMG Research and reported back to Leazes Homes; individuals’ views will not be identified to Leazes Homes.
Feedback on the survey will be published on the website and in your Leazes Homes newsletter (Leazes Homes & People). Because the survey is confidential, if you require a response on an issue you are experiencing, please contact Leazes Homes or Your Homes Newcastle (as appropriate) directly.
Who are BMG Research?
BMG Research are an independent research company and have been chosen by Leazes Homes to run this survey. BMG will run the surveys and provide confidential results.
